Protectors are nodes that can be crafted and placed to protect the surrounding area. They prevent other players and mobs to dig or place nodes in a cube of 11 nodes, centered on the protector (a radius 5 nodes).
They come in two forms, a stone-like block, and a collisionless "logo". Each one can be crafted from the other one.
The protected area can be seen by hitting the protector (it won't work if holding a protector).
Allowing other players
Right-click on the protector to display its interface. Player names can be added to grant them access to the protected area. They won't be allowed to see or edit the list of protected players.
Factions can be added as well. A faction is a group of players, that can be created and joined using a password. See the `/help factions` command for a list of subcommands.
